The first door on the left opens into bedroom 5, with twin 3' single beds and fireplace. To our right another door opens into bedroom 6, with double bed and fireplace, while the passageway ahead takes us into the kitchen/diner. The kitchen/diner features a table to enjoy views out on to the rear garden over breakfast or a light snack. Appliances include kettle, toaster, a stainless steel oven/hob and extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a washing line in the garden for drying on sunny days. Traditional New Forest jams, chutneys, juices and wines are included in our welcome pack subject to availability. From the kitchen a lobby leads to the back door. contact us From the kitchen we enter the large lounge of this new forest holiday cottage,with dining area at the bay window end of the room, featuring an open fire for those cosy nights in with your family or friends, television and video, books, and games. The impressive feature square bay across the end really brings the garden into the room, and the room into the garden! From the hallway, an easy flight of stairs leads to the spacious split level galleried landing, with views of both the front and back gardens. From the top of the stairs, immediately to your left is the bathroom with bath, separate shower, hand basin and w.c. A Velux window has been cut into the vaulted ceiling, cascading light from a high level into the room, making it very bright and airy. Continuing along the landing, we come to Bedroom 1 , a large bedroom overlooking the back garden, with double bed, open fire, television (portable) and en-suite bathroom with a large twin shower, hand basin and w.c. Across the landing is bedroom 2, a small double bedded room. Up two steps and along the galleried landing towards the front of the cottage are Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4, both spacious twin rooms with two 3' single beds per room, fireplaces and both overlooking the front garden. contact us The front and rear gardens are both well maintained and matured, with a pleasant mixture of grasses, flowers, shrubs and trees affording a little welcome shade if the midday sun proves too much!
