Pennypot is a cosy 4 Star, one bedroom self catering apartment (annexe to Ha''penny House which offers luxury bed and breakfast accommodation). The location is a quiet residential area of Milford-on-Sea not far from the cliff top from where there are sweeping views of Christchurch bay to the West and the Isle of Wight and The Needles to the East. The village is a short walk away and boasts several inns, restaurants and shops around the village green. The New Forest is just a few miles inland and a ferry service to the Isle of Wight is available from the popular yachting town of Lymington just 3 miles away. The accommodation at Pennypot comprises a lounge, separate dining room, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath and shower over, and well equipped kitchen. It is very clean and comfortably furnished with colour TV, fridge, microwave, electric cooker, central heating and use of washing machines in laundry room by arrangement. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and summerhouse with table, chairs and sun loungers. All power, including central heating when required, bed linen (duvet), towels and tea towels are included in the rent. Private parking is available. Bookings are Friday to Friday.
