A charming very attractive cottage, centrally located, stone's throw from excellent shops, restaurants, Saturday market, the Quay, boat trips and forest and coastal walks.

An end of terrace Victorian cottage with a pretty garden. Station Street leads to Lymington's single track Victorian railway station.  There is no noise from the station, as it is a single track and runs once an hour slowly into Lymington and is 100 yards away.  It conveniently connects to the Isle of Wight ferry terminal, and to Brockenhurst in the New Forest, which has a fast service to Waterloo and Bournemouth. A two minute walk leads to the Quay and the High Street. The cottage has a sitting room which opens into a kitchen/diner with a handmade kitchen. It has a fast ceramic hob, extractor hood over, single electric oven, a combination microwave, large fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, circular table and 4 chairs, on a ceramic tiled floor, Denby crockery, stainless steel kitchen equipment, stainless steel saucepans. A stable door leads to the garden path. The garden is 30 feet along the path, with tropical plants and a patio.  As it is a detached garden away from the cottages it is quiet, not overlooked and has the sun all day long.  Upstairs is a spacious and light landing with a large Velux window. Two double bedrooms with two zip and link beds in each, providing either four 3ft singles or two 6ft doubles.
