Lime Grove is a one bedroom bungalow that is located in a quite, secluded corner of Everton village. The village is ideally situated midway between the bustling town of Lymington and the quiet village of Milford on sea, whilst the peace and tranquillity of the New Forest is just a 10 minute drive away.

 The bungalow has been totally renovated throughout and has a small front area and a larger private garden at the rear, which provides a sunny area to enjoy a late breakfast, relax or take a coffee break in. Garden chairs and a table are provided.

 The fitted kitchen has an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine and a fridge. The central heating and hot water system are both gas fired. There is an en-suite bathroom that has a large walk in shower. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage areas. The sitting room is equipped with a plasma screen TV with all free view channels, a DVD player, radio/CD player, a collection of games, books but no phone. There are two very comfortable sofas (one a sofa bed) and various side and coffee tables.

The conservatory, that is off the kitchen,  has just been added and this provides an additional sunny room to enjoy your meals in or just relax.

The bungalow does sleep two very comfortably and can take three people, if one person does not mind sleeping in the Living Room. All the Duvet, pillows and towels are included in the weekly rate as are all utility charges. We do accept a small, and well behaved dog (additional charge of £12 per week), but in fairness to our other guests we request that your pet does not sleep on the bed or climb onto the sofa/chairs. Parking is available directly outside the bungalow and we will provide you with a complimentary car park ticket valid for many of the local car par
