Free parking is available directly outside the building and a few steps lead up to the main doorway with an entry phone system to the apartments. The immaculately maintained accommodation offers a very spacious, high ceilinged lounge with huge windows overlooking the square. The furnishings are stylish, comfortable, some antiques with many extras providing a ''homely'' atmosphere. There are two settees, one being a double sofabed, a colour TV, radio, further chairs and settee, tables, chest of drawers- full of local information - and well stocked shelves with games and books.Accessed from the long hall is the main bedroom which has an antique wardrobe and dressing table, bedside tables and additional hanging space, large sash windows overlooking the rear courtyard, and is well stocked with a choice of duvets for summer or winter, hairdrier and spare beach chairs.There is a separate WC with washbasin, and to the other side of the hall, a shower room with power shower in a cubicle. The very well equipped kitchen has an electric oven with hob, automatic washing machine/drier, integral fridge with freezer box, kitchen table and benches, microwave,coffee maker - all complimented by the good array of cooking utensils, crockery and stock of cleaning material and basic items. The second bedroom which has 3ft bunk beds, chest of drawers and supply of toys, is accessed off the kitchen. Extras provided are: a picnic basket with crockery and proper utensils; an oyster knife and beach towels.
