Ninfield Holiday Cottages are three cosy cottages situated on a farm in the beautiful Sussex countryside. These self catering accommodation properties are fully equipped for your comfort and relaxation and provide a perfect base for exploring the South Downs, Weald and surrounding areas, which are full of interesting places. Only a short drive will get you to the South Coast resorts of Hastings, Eastbourne and Bexhill or Battle with its’ mainline station to London.

Ninfield Holiday Cottages are part of one large ‘L’ shaped building and have all been converted to the highest standard. The Dairy and Old Parlour were converted during the winter of 2007 and feature original beams and The Courtyard was completed in December 2008.  

Our bright and homely cottages are all centrally heated and are ideal for couples, families or even larger parties who wish to rent more than one property. All towels and linen (except cot bedding) are provided during your stay with us. The Dairy and Old Parlour have their own lawn areas and garden furniture within a secure perimeter fence and The Courtyard has its own separate securely fenced lawn with a patio and garden furniture. The cottages also have their own large car park.

The Old Parlour opens out on to its own garden with barbeque and seating. A private car parking area is adjacent to the garden.
