Asda and other large shops and a multiplex cinema are also a walk away, while the centre of Eastbourne is just 2-3 miles away.

The communal entrance hall is reached by steps or ramp from the car park, with access to the Apartment by lift or stairs.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area, an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridgefreezer, a washing machine with integral dryer, a dishwasher and a microwave. All of the crockery, cookware, glassware and cutlery that will be needed are also provided.
