Own south facing lawned garden, with steps up to pavement. Level promenade walks in either direction. Off road parking is at the rear of the property. The town centre shops and De La Warr Pavilion are within 5 mins walking distance. Limited dog walking is also available on some beaches in the summer. The De La Warr Pavilion provides summer entertainment in the theatre, art exhibitions and a bar and restaurant. Bexhill is equidistant from both Eastbourne and Hastings, both of which are approx. 20 mins away by car. Each of these towns have a pier and entertainment in various theatres. The South Downs and Pevensey Levels provide a wide appeal for walkers and bird watchers. Norman's Bay has free beach access by car and is popular with jet skiers and wind/kite surfers. Excellent sea fishing is to be had on the beach opposite Valerian and bait can be dug or bought locally. Entrance to the property is through the front garden from West Parade via a glass fronted sun lounge with cane lounging chairs. Entry to the sitting/dining room is to the right and there is another door opening into the second bedroom. The sitting/dining room has a bay window facing south and the room is furnished with a drop leaf dining table and four dining chairs. There is a sofa and two armchairs. The room has close fitted carpet. Adjacent to the sitting room is the second bedroom, also facing south, with two single beds, a fitted wardrobe and wash basin. Alongside the kitchen is a small WC with hand basin. Between the sitting room and the kitchen is a shower room with WC, bidet and hand basin. The master bedroom is at the rear of the property. It has a double bed and ample walk-in wardrobe space.
