Hartpiece is the ideal base for exploring North Devon, with walking trails on the doorstep. The gardens, golf courses, moors, dunes, walking trails, fishing and surfing areas of North Devon are an easy commute, and the theatre, nightlife and the markets of Barnstable are 2 miles away.Hartpiece Farm lifts self-catering accommodation to a new level. It provides a flexible home from home for two to ten guests in its East or West Wings, which can be let as one for extended family gatherings or groups of friends.French doors lead onto south facing sun-deck, private garden and patio/ barbecue area from its downstairs rooms.The West Wing accommodation comprises of a glassed-in hot tub room, bar, ground-floor living room with fireplace, upscale kitchen/dining area with oak and slate floors downstairs. Upstairs a living room with vaulted, beamed ceiling, leads onto Sanitan fitted bathroom and two double bedrooms. All rooms have stunning views. The Rose Room can be let as a further bedroom if required. A large tack room adjoins the kitchen and two downstairs bathrooms.The East Wing comprises of a well-appointed kitchen/living room downstairs giving on to a patio with barbecue. Upstairs a large beamed bedroom and en suite bathroom with Sanitan suite. The Rose Room can be let as an additional bedroom with en suite bathroom. There are fabulous views from every bedroom. A tack room for sports gear is to the back. The Rose Room : The Rose Room is a downstairs bedroom, with a large double bed, en suite bathroom, its own fireplace and French doors opening to outside decking.
