Leagram Hall is named after a local property which commands views over the vale of Chipping.
Leagram is one of our larger properties situated on the first floor of Wolfen Mill.

Leagram Can sleep up to six people. The master bedroom had a king size sleigh bed and has its own luxury shower room. A twin bedded room and a further bunk room share a further shower room fitted to the same high standard.

The long lounge has two three seater comfy sofas, and enjoy a open stone built fire place with a living flame coal fire. TV with video, stereo radio and CD player.

The dining and kitchen areas are equally special with hand built units and granite work tops. Dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, halogen hob and fan assisted oven are at your disposal. Washing and drying facilities are available on site at no extra charge.

With Chipping Brook bubbling by and its own well stocked lake a more relaxed setting would be hard to find. Award winning Chipping Village is just one mile away with its friendly pubs, shops and cafe. A full weeks worth of stunning walks are available from your doorstep.

Further afield enjoy the coasts of Blackpool, Southport and Grange-over-Sands. Manchester and Liverpool are but one hour away as are the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.
