Jacks Cottage enjoys a central location just off Windermere town centre with its interesting variety of shops, restaurants and pubs close by. It is less than 2 miles to the bustling town of Bowness on the shores of Lake Windermere, where you may enjoy boat trips around the lake or if you are feeling energetic take a rowing boat out. This traditional terraced cottage provides a comfortable base from which to explore the central and southern lakes. The cosy accommodation with gas central heating comprises: Lounge with colour TV, video, CD/radio, open fire and original slate wall. Dining/kitchen with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. First floor: Double bedroom with colour TV and en-suite shower room with WC and hand basin. Twin bedroom with colour TV and en-suite shower room with WC and hand basin. Outside, patio area to the rear with table and chairs. Residents parking permit and permit for nearby car park. All gas, electric, bed linen provided. During the winter months an initial supply of coal is provided for your arrival. Cot available.
