ACCOMMODATION - Banksprings Brewery is a Grade II Historic Listed Building, formerly a working brewery with unique and original external features, part of which has been converted to an attractive house. It is set in its own grounds with ample parking; a spacious walled garden leading to a play area and orchard. Banksprings offers comfortable accommodation comprising of a large arched hallway inviting you into two reception rooms with open fires, one of local brewery slate. Both rooms are cozy, you have the choice to relax, listen to music or sit comfortably watching TV. There is a large well-fitted bright spacious kitchen with dining area-giving access to a large enclosed drive in yard. There is a small utility room joining the kitchen and a tiled bathroom with electric shower and three-piece bathroom suite. The staircase leads to a spacious landing with three large bedrooms. The master bedroom is bright and roomy with a double bed, en-suite shower room and extensive views looking over Black Combe. A middle bedroom has two single beds and washing facilities again with panoramic views. Finally there is an extra large family bedroom with a double bed two single beds and en-suite shower room, this room has plenty of space and good views over Black Combe and the garden. Electricity, coal and wood are available free during your stay at Banksprings. The property has excellent decor and comfortable furnishings. There is full central heating (oil), double-glazing and roof insulation. Facilities comprise of :-Electric cooker with separate electric hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron and board, cooking/eating utensils, crockery, tea towels, colour TV and video player, CD/radio player and soft furnishings. Bed linen is provided and beds are made ready for your arrival, we do ask guests to bring their own towels. A cot and high chair are available for you to use.
