About Blanton House (which Coach House is part of)

Situated in the centre of the popular Lakeside village of Pooley Bridge, opposite the Sun Inn. Originally the building served as stables for the Sun Inn and is just 400 metres from the shore of Ullswater. These stone cottages were totally renovated in 2000, yet retain the original sash windows and country charm. Comprising of two properties with communal front door leading to hallway with separate entrances. Use of facilities at Park Foot Holiday Park and launching facilities ½ mile away. Both have barbeques & spacious shared garden.

Blanton House are equipped with central heating. Linen and the first £15.00 of gas and electricity included. Remainder by meter reading and billed after departure. Cots and highchairs available on request. PLEASE SUPPLY YOUR OWN TOWELS. These houses have washing machines and tumble dryers, electric cooker, micrawave, dishwashers, colour TV and video. Banton house properties also have a stereo/CD player. Gardens with patio area, table and chairs. Ample parking facilities. SORRY NO PETS. Properties available for occupation from 3pm on Fridays and must be vacated by l10am on the day of your departure. £100.00 security depositt for Parklands and £50.00 security deposit are required for Blanton House properties on arrival and will be returned the week following your holiday. PLEASE NOTE, The facilities at Park Foot are available from March - October. The club with Bar and Disco may close during the week at quiet times.
