Clairmont Cottage is a modern stone bungalow. It is comfortably furnished and centrally heated with the added attraction of an open stone fireplace to burn logs on those cool winter nights. It sleeps up to four people in its two bedrooms (one double and one twin). Bedding is provided free of charge and a cot can be provided if required.

The large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area  faces south and overlooks the garden and the open countryside beyond. Part of the Slaley Hall championship golf complex can be seen in the distance. The lounge has a colour TV, video and a CD/tape/radio hi-fi system.

The fully fitted oak kitchen is equipped with all the necessary facilities including dishwasher, electric oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with ice box, toaster and all cutlery, crockery and utensils. An automatic washing machine is also provided.

The fully tiled bathroom has an ivory suite including a separate shower cubicle, bath, toilet and washbasin. Towels are provided free of charge.

Clairmont Cottage is a no smoking establishment.

The cottage is accessible to a wheelchair user able to walk short distances and up to two steps. Cars can be parked right outside the front door. Once inside the cottage it is all on one level. Please check at the time of booking if you have any special needs.
