'Situated within 3 minutes walk from Bamburgh's superb sandy beach, the house, which is across the green from the Castle, has been converted from a stone barn to provide well appointed holiday accommodation. On the ground floor the fitted pine kitchen with its tiled floor is very well equipped. From the kitchen an open staircase leads to the comfortable sitting room which has been converted from the hayloft. Tastefully furnished, the sitting room has an attractive stone fireplace and polished timber flooring. The bedrooms are all on the ground floor and have been converted from the stables. Bamburgh Castle can be viewed from one of the windows in the sitting room and the sea can be seen from the other window'.
