Decor: Excepting vinyl flooring in the kitchen/dining room, the cottage is carpeted throughout, there is mahogany stained woodwork, white walls and ceiling, in the bed room floral curtaining coordinates with bed linen etc and the sitting room has plain blue-green soft furnishing. The kitchen area is part tiled with patterned tiling as is the bathroom. There are pictures in all the rooms mostly original works and often for sale.

Living Room - about 4.5m x 3.5m. Matching sofa and easy chair, occasional table, an open fire and electric convector heater supplements electric storage heating. There is wall lighting and two standard lights, book shelving and books. There is sufficient room for two folding beds.

Dining Room/Kitchen - about 2.4m x 5m. Table with 4 dining chairs. Ample storage and worktops. 4 hob gas cooker with eyelevel grill

The enclosed staircase leads from the front door and affords a good size under stair storage area.

Bedroom: - about 4.5 m x 3.6 m Double bed, dressing table, built in cupboard and wardrobe.

The bedroom has room for an additional folding bed.

Bathroom: - about 2.4m x 4.5m WC, wash basin and bath with over bath shower,

Heating: All rooms have electric storage heaters. There is an open fire in the living room and also a wall mounted, time control, electric convector heater which can be used instead or as well as the open fire.We supply free wood for the fire but charge for coal.

Electrical equipment: Colour TV, VCR, wireless, radio/CD player, microwave, fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron, electric blankets.

Outside Parking The cottage is about 50m from the ample car park and there is space immediately outside the cottage for loading and unloading.

Patio There is a stone flagged patio area with a bench seat and a small table. There is space for the portable barbecue.
