Decor: Excepting the vinyl flooring in the kitchen area, the cottage is carpeted throughout, there is mahogany stained woodwork, white walls and ceiling; floral curtaining coordinates with bed linen etc. The kitchen wall is part tiled with patterned tiling as is the bathroom. There are pictures in all the rooms mostly original works and often for sale.

Living Room - about 5.9m x 4.5m. Fully upholstered three piece suite, occasional tables, a radiant gas fire supplements electric storage heating. There is wall lighting and standard lights, book shelving and books.

The open staircase leads from the living room and affords a good size under stair area which can be used for 2 folding single beds

Dining Room/Kitchen - about 3.7m x 4.7m. Substantial table with matching dining chairs. Island unit separates the kitchen which has ample storage and a 4 hob gas cooker with eye level grill

Bedroom 1 - about 4.5 m x 3.5 m Double bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe

Bedroom 2 - about 2.5m x 4.9m. Twin beds. Built in cupboard, dressing table/chest of drawers

Both bedrooms have room for an additional folding bed. In bedroom 2 the beds may be stacked to form a bunk beds.

Bathroom - about 1.9m x 3.8m. WC, wash basin and bath with over bath shower.

Heating: All rooms have electric storage heaters. There is a radiant balanced flue gas fire in the living room.

Electrical equipment: Colour TV, VCR, radio/CD player, fridge/freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron, electric blankets.
