Wigram House is a late Victorian mansion block, which has retained many of its original architectural features. Each room is carpeted and has its own washbasin. The rooms are surrounded by pods of bathrooms, showers and WCs. Wigram House also contains some bedrooms and bathrooms that are suitable for people with physical disabilities. There are shared kitchens on each floor which are supplied with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and  toaster. As Wigram House is situated in an up-market residential area, students are required to have consideration for the local residents.

Only available OUT of term time, the next available facilities will be available in June 2012.
