There are two spacious double bedrooms each one supported by two hi-spec bathrooms. The apartment is part of the popular Mosaic Center and outside on the Piazza there are two fine Italian eateries. One styled more along the lines of a Bistro offers home cooked foods to order or take away and there's a deli supermarket to stock up your groceries with some tasty foods. There are also other shops including a find Indian Restaurant and across the street you will find Chef Gordon Ramsay's bistro "The Narrow" In view of the apartment, outside the building just 50 yds walk to the North is the Limehouse Rail Station, which is just two stops away from the Tower of London or alternatively, the Bank Station, city centre.
Canary Wharf is a few minutes walk away with its fabulous array of shops, restaurants and the architectural assortment of marbled tower blocks. Look out for the free events and Opera in the park staged live via large TV flat screens. Inside the Apartment you will find up to date timetables for all the above modes of transport, along with Theatre Brochures and other useful information. There's a large wall mounted picture of the London Underground Network with our location clearly marked in Zone 2 which is the cheapest rail ticket you can purchase. A few minutes walk brings you to famous Historic riverside inns. There are three nearby, "The Prospect of Whitby", "The Grapes" and "Booties Wine Bar". All within easy walking distance. The later two serve food, in particular try "The Grapes" for it's array of fish dishes. Yo also have Chef. Gordon Ramsay's new Gastro Pub across the street, called "The Narrow" and Chef. Jamie Oliver opens his new restaurant on the 2nd August 2009, at Canary Wharf. Indeed, for a short holiday in the Capital City or a business trip, you couldn't do better than stay at this comfortable well appointed pad.

AccessibilityThe accommodation is all on one level. From the street level there is a ramp for wheel chairs to take you up to the Mosaic Piazza, which is raised up from street level. From then on you have all single solid floor levels. The escalator has wide access as does the apartment which has hard flooring in the main areas for ease of movement and wide doors. We do have carpet in the bedrooms. On site there is a 24hour/7day a week reception to assist with luggage, taxis and provide a friendly welcome each day. We have a telephone link to the reception in the apartment for extra peace of mind, manned 24 hours, that you are not on your own. |
