It is an ideal retreat for relaxation, the cottage has an open fire, oil fired heating, a well equipped kitchen/dining area leading into a private sunny verandah and walled garden. For a active holiday activities, the idyllic conservation village of Pennan is within reach of surfing, sailing, bird watching, many fine golf courses, fishing, castles and whisky distilleries. Located Midway between Banff and Fraserburgh, set at the foot of spectacular cliffs, it has a small harbour, inn, and the red telephone box, as featured in the Burt Lancaster film Local Hero.There are bookings for a week that are accepted over Christmas & New Year.
The Cottage has the facilities of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower over bath, a sitting room with an open fire, a kitchen with dining area and small conservatory with dining table. Small private walled garden to rear of property. Only weekly bookings accepted over Christmas & New Year.
