The Granary is a spacious ground floor apartment set in a peaceful rural location just 10 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon. It has a light sunny sitting room with large west facing windows and a cosy fire. The well equipped kitchen is neatly finished and has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and a washing machine. Part of a recently built property it has its own private entrance and ample parking outside the door. Outside there is a patio with garden furniture.The L shaped bedroom can easily accommodate a cot or folding bed, or a sofa bed is available for the sitting room. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle and has been designed to assist those with mobility problems with thoughtfully placed handles and a raised WC.Situated between 2 villages there is a good choice of country pubs as well as the traditional village conveniences of Post Offices, general stores, farm shops and butchers.On the edge of The Cotswolds, The Granary is well placed for many beautiful walks and charming excursions.
