The patio has wonderful views and has direct access to the landscaped communal gardens, perfect for a spot of sunbathing, a game of boules, frisbee or badminton and plenty big enough for the children to let off steam whilst you sit back and relax.

Off the entrance hall there’s a downstairs toilet and the staircase that leads to the first floor. Here there are two elegantly furnished bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed, portable TV, space for a cot. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and comfy mattresses.

The stylish new bathroom has quality fittings, vanity unit, bath, shower, heated towel rail, a selection of toiletries at your disposal, as well as candles to help you unwind.

A Welcome Pack is provided which includes: Tea, Coffee, Milk, Juice, Sugar, Olive Oil, Condiments and Biscuits or cupcakes. For your convenience we also supply quality bed linen, bath and hand towels, tea-towels, kitchen roll and loo rolls plus the usual stuff such as a hair-dryer, trouser press, iron/ironing board.

Because the cottage is located out of the busy town centre you won't have the stress of parking issues to worry about. There is a dedicated parking space with the cottage plus sufficient space for another vehicle too.

The new owners clean and maintain the cottage themselves, to a high standard and with attention to detail. They are keen to offer a relaxed, home from home break in a property that has exudes charm and character.
