The Sitting Room is comfortably furnished and faces the front of the building. It is bright, light and airy with a large double glazed window, privacy is provided by Venetian blinds. The flat is centrally heated by gas and extra comfort and warmth can be gained by using the gas fire.

Bedroom 1 has  a double bed and a fitted wardrobe, again a large double glazed window provides a bright room overlooking the rear garden.

 Bedroom 2  has twin beds, a freestanding wardrobe and chests of drawers, is again bright with a large double glazed window and overlooks the rear garden.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a gas cooker and a microwave. The kitchen is spacious and faces the front of the building.

The bathroom has  a white suite complete with a bath and a fitted electric shower over head, a WC, a wash basin and a shaver socket.
