The Old Church House is situated in an older part of historic Kenilworth and was originally built as a Baptist Church/Meeting house with school rooms in circa 1829/1830 and acquired at that time for the princely sum of £49 10s 6d. The property has been part of Kenilworth's heritage for all these years and its outwardly appearance seemingly having little changed. It came into the present owners possession in the year of our Lord 2003 A.D and since then has been carefully and sympathetically converted to the highest standards into two fully self-contained apartments.
