The cottage has a large spacious living room running the width of the building with TV/VCR and lots of room for an extra person sleeping on the futon if needed.  The kitchen is fully fitted & includes cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, deep freezer, cafetiere and magimix.  The kitchen is well equipped for 8

It has 2 bedrooms, one with 5ft. double bed and one with twin beds, plus a futon if needed.  The bath has a shower overhead and a hair dryer is provided.

Why not try your hand on the 9 hole (but lots of corners and bumps) putting green? The putters are already here.  
If you are working in the area, it is only 20 minutes drive to the centre of Birmingham, N.E.C. or Lichfield and less than 10 minutes from J9 or J10 of the M42/A5.  Stratford and Warwick are 45 minutes by car.
