Hidcote Boyce is a quiet hamlet less than 3 miles from Chipping Campden with its shops, public houses and both continental and English restaurants. Just a short walk away across the fields are 2 of England's finest gardens, Kiftsgate and Hidcote Manor (National Trust). This holiday cottage is an ideal location for touring and walking in the Cotswolds, visiting the grand country houses and theatres at nearby Stratford-on-Avon. Cycle hire and horse riding are also available locally.The cottage is full of character and charm, with its beams, stone walls and steps. The large country style kitchen with seating for 6 is equipped with TV, radio, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric hob/oven and fridge and freezer, and leads through to the dining area with CD player and hostess heated trolley. The French window opens out onto a patio area with an enclosed rear garden of lawns and shrubs. The large sitting room has a cottage style suite, inglenook fireplace with wood burner, colour TV, DVD and video. The utility room contains a washing machine and tumble drier and there is a separate cloakroom.There is a single bedroom on the ground floor and double, twin and single bedded rooms upstairs. The double room has an en suite shower room.Cot and high chair are available on request. Payphone and modem connection available if required. Sorry, no pets or smokers. Oil central heating throughout. Fuel and electricity included, off road parking for 2 cars.Change over Saturdays, short breaks low and mid season.
