Garden CottageIn olden times, the cows slept in the stable and folk lived in the loft. We have almost done likewise with the old stable and hay loft we have converted into Garden Cottage. Bedrooms are on the ground floor while upstairs an excellent kitchen/dining room, cloakroom, sitting room and balcony. (There is a chairlift for anyone who may have difficulty with the stairs). Electricity and full oil central heating is included. Children over 12. Property is suitable for the elderly and has wheelchair access. Duvets with linen and towels also provided. Sorry no pets. Shop 2 miles away.With complete freedom to come and go, rise and retire, dine in or out, you can walk footpaths, ride bridleways - or drive, these are still quiet country lanes. Or you may just rusticate in the garden or summerhouse and take in the surrounding scenery of fields and hills.We are surrounded by an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways making it a wonderful area for guests to explore the countryside, or visit the many gardens eg Kiftsgate, Hidcote, Upton House, Coughton Court to name but a few.Visit Shakespeare's birthplace and the theatre in Stratford upon Avon only 7 miles away with Warwick Castle 10 miles away. There are some very good restaurant/pubs in the adjoining villages.Please contact us for availability and prices.The minimum stay is 2 nights, short breaks of 2 or 3 nights are available for most times of the year. There is no fixed changeover day for example of you want to book Tuesday to Tuesday it should not be a problem, subject to availability. We do not charge for use of linen, towels and electricity.A starter hamper and a bottle of wine will be provided for guests staying one week or more.
