The Hamlet is a 400 year old detached stone cottage, close to the River Avon and set in large lawned gardens. It has bags of space and is a great favourite with friends and families for reunions. It is cosy, very well equipped, quirkily furnished and is a real home from home. It is full of comfortable vibes but not neurotically tidy and controlled. The cottage has full gas central heating and mains sewerage. There is a lovely, large, west facing sun room overlooking the garden, a modern galley kitchen, a beautiful beamed lounge diner with a long table which will seat 10 and further seating around the inglenook fireplace. One wall is obscured by an enormous bookcase which has on its shelves a huge variety of reading matter and games. There are 4 bedrooms all with TVs and opening windows. One king size, one double, one single and one twin ( accessed through the single) A number of footpaths lead directly from the property.
