Entering into The Groom’s Quarters, you will be aware of the special atmosphere created by its character and warmth. Hopefully you will enjoy the home made cake!

Looking to the right of the entrance hall you will find the cosy living room ( the original harness room ) with wood - burning stove, comfy sofas and dining table ( converts to a pool / snooker table ). There is also a TV, video and a selection of family games. You can gather round the woodburner with your favourite ‘ tipple‘ after exploring the rural charms of the Peaks and Dales !

Looking to the left of the entrance hall you will find the utility / tack room, with freezer, Auto wm, T/dryer and saddle racks. There is an adjacent access to a WC and also access to the stables / storage - if you bring your own horse / pony they will be near to you!

Also accessed from the left of the entrance hall is the farm house - style kitchen with oil - fired range, electric hob and oven, M/wave, D/washer and fully equipped for ‘ Home from Home ‘ catering.

The cloakroom with WC is situated below the staircase. There is also an attractive garden with large lawn, patio with garden furniture and barbecue, enclosed by lovely dry - stone walling.

UPSTAIRS

The bedrooms allow you to Sleep ‘ the sleep of the righteous ‘ in our three uniquely different bedrooms with their lofty A - frame ceilings offering a high standard of homely comfort and finishing touches.

The very large master bedroom has a super king sized iron bedstead and beneath the chunky beams there is a pleasant sitting area including a quality sofa - bed, digital wide screen TV, DVD and it also features an opening glazed door with balustrade overlooking the garden and surrounding park land. Next to the master bedroom there is a corridor access to a light and airy bathroom which has a large bath with shower over it, a bidet, WC and hand basin.
