Nuthatch is a very comfortable, rural, 200 year old detached cottage which has been extended over the years to provide spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests. The wonderfully sunny oak framed garden room enjoys stunning views across fields to Clunbury Hill - an ideal place for reading the Sunday papers with a pot of fresh brewed coffee. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Nuthatch has its own 0.25 acre south facing garden with an abundance of wild birds. At night you''ll be able to listen to the owls and enjoy some of the clearest night skies in Britain. This is excellent walking country and the cottage has local maps and guide books. Only 20 minutes drive is Ludlow with its famous Michelin Star restaurants and craft, food and theatre festivals. Nuthatch has a country kitchen with Aga and conventional cooker, it is extremely well equipped with all mod cons provided. The lounge has TV, DVD and DVD library and an enormous inglenook fireplace. The garden room includes a dining table and additional seating area, also downstairs is a childrens snug with TV, video, video library and games. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one with king size bed, one double and one single with pull out bed, a large bath with WC and a separate shower room with power shower and WC. Outside is a seating area with barbecue and outside wood stove. A guest hamper is provided, containing homemade preserves, bread, local produce and eggs from the owners rare breed hens.
