Our working farm is only 3 miles from the award winning sandy beaches of Mablethorpe , where dogs are allowed on certain parts of the beach. Children are welcome, and can play with the rabbits and dogs, play in the large sand pit, as well as collect eggs from a large variety of chickens. Whether you come to the bed and breakfast or self catering a warm welcome is assured. Fishing lakes on site offer superb coarse fishing free off charge to all residents In the winter months you can come and stay and see the grey seals have their pups on the beach. Ash Cottage - has two en-suite bedrooms, one kingsize with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with en-suite wet room with power shower. This cottage benefits from ground floor accommodation.
