Crispin Cottage is a detached, stone-built, single storey dwelling, recently converted along with several others from their original use as farm buildings.

It is the only holiday cottage accomodation on site. Although once a byre, now skilfully and beautifully translated by craftsmen, it is now all about human comfort. The gas-fired central heating makes it a cosy haven in winter; stout stone walls a ensure a cool summer retreat.

Entered through a stable-door, the hall has a bookcase with tourist information for local attractions and activities and a small library of maps, books, videos, DVDs and CDs for all tastes. The well-equipped sunny kitchen is complete with dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer and microwave oven.

Crispin Cottage has a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, each fully carpeted with ample storage and hanging space. The double bedroom has a wall mounted television set.

The luxurious bathroom has both a corner bath and a shower cubicle.

The dining/living room with its wood-burning stove comfortably accommodates four people. Facilities include games and jig-saws, digital television with freeview, DVD and video player and a portable radio/CD player.

Outside the front door, you have a lovely sheltered spot with patio furniture – ideal for a coffee break. Behind the cottage there is more garden with a picnic table, barbecue and open views across the fields to Linton Parish Church and May Hill.
