The two twin bedrooms are furnished in bright seaside colours, both with spectacular views of Southwold.

The family bathroom has a basin, wc and walk-in shower (one step up).

In the communal garden there are two lovely seating areas, one under an arbour covered with sweet smelling honeysuckle and fragrant roses and the other a wooden bench with views out and beyond.
