The Sitting room is cosily furnished with comfortable seating, pine surround gas fire, colour TV, video, CD stereo and views of the church.

Study with writing desk and tourist information.

There is a Bathroom (downstairs) with shower over bath, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

The Utility room has a washer/dryer and wash hand basin.

Fully fitted kitchen, clean, fresh and modern with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and dining area with co-ordinated decor.

Views of the garden, with chairs, table, barbecue, bicycle storage and meadow beyond.

There are One double and one twin bedroom, decorated in a fresh country style and overlooking the church. The double room has a feature fireplace.

Lavenham is siutated on the A1141, about two miles East of the A134 between the market town of Sudbury and Britain's floral town, Bury St Edmunds. From Lavenham High Street head towards Sudbury. Glebe Cottage is opposite the church.
