Weavers Cottage is a pretty 18th Century beamed semi-detached cottage with an inglenook fireplace which has been renovated into comfortable family accommodation. There is full gas central heating and a woodburner in the lounge. Heating and electricity costs are included. The cottage is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque market town of Halesworth within easy walking distance of the town centre. The town offers a colourful selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants along its pedestrianised Thoroughfare, has its own live Theatre and Cinema complex, open-air swimming pool and railway station. The famous coastal town of Southwold is just eight miles away with its spectacular promenade, sandy beaches and recently rebuilt pier and is also the home of the Adnams brewery. The lounge has exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace and woodburner, a comfortable sofa, plus a new double sofa-bed to sleep an additional two guests. The bright cottage kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and electric cooker. There is a stable door which leads into the large conservatory which houses a dining table and chairs. The conservatory leads out to the large, enclosed garden with swinging seat, garden furniture, BBQ and clothes line. The stairs lead up to a double bedroom with brick chimney breast, two single bedrooms, and family bathroom with overbath shower. All quality linen, duvets, towels, teatowels etc are provided. Outside there is off-road parking space for two cars. Travel cot and stair-gate available. Sorry, No Smoking and No Pets. Changeover day normally Saturday, but this is flexible if available. Short breaks also available from £65 per night.
