The Coach House has two double bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 people. It has a well furnished, spacious living room with glorious views across the beautiful Suffolk countryside towards Helmingam Hall. The Coach House is exceptionally well fitted, providing good quality furnishings, a colour T.V. and video. The extensively equipped modern kitchen has a fridge, electric hob and oven, a microwave and a washer/dryer.

Towels and linen are provided and eletricity is included.

There are good walks across country footpaths and the village pub is within easy walking distance. There are a number of listed buildings in Framsden including the windmill which is just behind the Coach House.

Location

The Coach House is set in glorious Suffolk countryside, in the rural village of Framsden, just off the A1120 'Tourist Route'. It is ideally suited for exploring 'Constable' country. Framsden has a Norman Church, a village pub, a windmill, a large number of listed buildings, a small children's play area and many public footpaths. The Elizabethan Helmingham Hall, is a short walk away.

The Coach House is just 3 miles from Debenham, with its timber framed buildings and antique shops and fifteen minutes drive from the historic towns of Ipswich, Woodbridge and Framlingham. The spectacular Suffolk coast is just 30 minutes away.

A cot, high chair and child safety gate are available.

The Coach House has effective storage/convection heaters in all rooms. Outside there is parking for one car and a shared garden providing a delightful setting for summer barbecues. A lockable brick out-building can be used for bike parking.

The accommodation is located on the first floor. Milk, bread, eggs and newspaper deliveries can usually be arranged. There is a regular bus service to Ipswich.
