Only a short walk from the beaches and Norfolk Coastal Path.The Old Maltings is situated only a short walk from marshes, beaches and is on the Norfolk Coastal Path. Thornham is a small village on the main coast road, close to Brancaster and Burnham Market. Accommodation comprises a split level kitchen/diner, extensively equipped with an electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area seats 6, with garden views. A separate utility room, ideal for boots, waterproofs and golfclubs gives access to the garden and is the owners preferred place for a dog to sleep. The comfortable, spacious sitting room has a large open fireplace, beamed ceiling and plenty of room for 5 adults. Upstairs, the double room with built in wardrobes has an en suite shower, wc & basin and uninterrupted sea views. A twin room also has a buit in wardrobe, the single room has a pull out bed lthough space is limited here. The family bathroom has an overhead shower on the bath. The private, enclosed garden is paved and planted with shrubs and there is garden furniture. Off road parking is available for 2 cars. Bed linen is supplied but not towels. Electricity and heating is included in the price. Logs and coal for the fire can be obtained locally. The owner requests that guests do no smoke inside the house. Pets accepted. Bookings are Friday to Friday with short breaks available out of peak season.
