The country’s newest National Park, the Norfolk Broads that is well known  for boating and coarse fishing, is easily accessible. Also other popular attractions are the region's glorious beaches, pubs, farmers’ markets, fairs, golf courses, theatres and National Trust properties.

Jonas Barns have been beautifully converted into holiday accommodation making full use of many of the original features, such as exposed beams and traditional flint and brick work that are much in evidence.

Each property has an individual character and all are furnished and equipped to a high standard using pine furniture and tasteful fabrics. All the living rooms are furnished with comfortable sofas and each has the benefit of a television, video and CD player.

All the properties have fully equipped kitchens with a dishwasher (except 1 bedroom cottages) and a microwave. All the double beds are queen-size and single/bunk beds are three feet wide. The under-floor heating throughout makes the accommodation suitable for year-round use. Apart from Felbrigg Cottage and The Farmhouse, each barn is attached to another in some way.

Hanworth and Heydon - 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom sleeping 3: Single storey barns ideal for a couple although a camp bed can be provided for a third person (extra charge). Double bedroom and a full bathroom. Private courtyard with a pretty rundal (stone) patio furnished with table and chairs.

Holkham - 4 Bedrroms/1 Bathroom + 2 shower rooms sleeping 10: The grandest barn on the site. The entrance leads into the large open plan sitting room furnished with leather sofas and the dining area is adjacent. A spacious double bedroom has its own dressing area and en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a sofa bed on a large mezzanine landing which leads to one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a small bunk bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a children’s bedroom with 3 single beds. Private terrace and lawn.

The Farmhouse - 4 Bedrooms/4 Bathrooms sleeping 10: Exceptional detached property set in its own extensive grounds adjacent to the holiday barns, ideal for a large family or several couples.

Ground floor: the spacious hallway leads to all of the downstairs rooms. The very attractive kitchen/dining area has an Aga, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. The separate utility area has a washing machine and cloakroom. Beautiful sitting room with comfortable furnishings, fireplace with log burner and satellite TV. Cloakroom.

All properties are no smoking and no pets are allowed. Children are welcome, there is a childrens outside playground and a large indoor swimming pool.
