There is a car park at the rear of the property providing space for 2 cars. The safe sandy beach is less than a minute away and the town centre and amenities are approximately a 10 minute walk away. Entrance door into lounge/dining room with comfortable seating and dining furniture. Separate kitchen with an electric 4 plate hob, combination microwave/fan-oven/grill and fridge with freezer compartment. Fully equipped with kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen equipment.

One double bedroom with a 4ft 6" standard size double bed. Wardrobe with hanging and storage space (sleeps 2).

Second bedroom with one set of standard 3ft bunk beds and one standard 3ft wide single bed. Wardrobe with ample hanging and shelf space (sleeps 3).

The bedrooms are equipped with standard size quilts, pillows, blankets.

Shower room with an electric shower, washbasin, shaver point and WC.

The flat is equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture and a windbreak.

The lounge is equipped with a colour TV, Freeview Digital Box, Video recorder and a radio/CD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils required.

Children and babies. The following items are supplied - travel cot/play pen, high-chair, safety gate for the front door, baby bath, potty, plastic mug, plate, bowl and cutlery. The travel cot can fit either into the main bedroom at the foot of the bed or in the lounge. The cot is supplied with 1 cellular blanket.
