THE HIDE AT HOLME - HOLME-NEXT-THE-SEASituated on the North Norfolk Heritage Coast - renowned for its endless beaches, wonderful sunsets and abundant wildlife.Holme Hide is set in a secluded position with private garden and secure off road parking. It sleeps 2-4 and is available for weekly lets and short breaks (min 3 dates). The Hide has storage heaters, well-equipped kitchen, a spa bath and magnificent views from the lounge windows.The Hide also has a private garden with paved patio areas and an established pond. Views from the garden reach out over open fields leading to the sand dunes of Holme beach. From late September onward thousands of geese fly over the Hide morning and evening, a most wonderful sight. There is also been a pair of visiting curlews in the adjacent field, plus a resident barn owl that glides past the Hide in the early evening.The Hide is ideally located for the Bird reserves at Holme, Titchwell, Snettisham and Cley. Holme has some of the most beautiful beaches on the coast, is superb walking country (Peddar's Way, Norfolk Coastal Path) and was the site of Seahenge, which is now situated at Flag Fen in Peterborough. Country houses such as Sandringham, Holkham Hall and Houghton Hall are all within easy reach. For steam enthusiasts there is the North Norfolk Railway (Sheringham to Holt) and the narrow gauge Wells to Walsingham light railway.
