This comfortable 5 bedroom family house sleeps 11 people (plus cots) and has two bathrooms. It is set in a spacious private lawned garden and is situated in the heart of South Norfolk. It provides an ideal base for touring the region and lies within easy reach of Norwich (12 miles), Diss (15), Wymondham (10), Bungay (8) and there is a typical countryside pub within short walking distance.

The surrounding country lanes are ideal for rambling, cycling and horse-riding. A licensed grocery, butcher, post office, and garage are located in the main village (2 miles). There are facilities locally for swimming, tennis, golf, riding and other sporting and recreational activities. There are many attractions throughout the year within easy driving distance.

The house is very well equipped and has a separate dining room, large sitting room, farmhouse style kitchen with dishwasher and separate scullery with washing machine/dryer, cloakroom toilet/whb and a games room adjacent to the house.

The main bedroom has a double bed + a single bed with ample space for a cot and access to the Sun Balcony. The ensuite bathroom is shared with a twin bedded room, which also has its own washbasin. The other twin bedded room and double bedroom also have washbasins and the second bathroom/shower is accessable from all the bedrooms.

The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor and has twin beds. Duvets, bed-linen and towels are provided. Electricity by £1 slot-meter but Night Store and AGA heating is included in hire price during winter months. Children and pets (by arrangement) are welcome.

Except for Christmas and New Year, prices range from £360 for a short break in winter to £1,260 per week in high season with 10% discount for two or more consecutive weeks.
