Seafield Court Holiday Flats are situated in one of the most central yet quiet residential parts of Great Yarmouth, nearby to the Wellington Pier and Winter Gardens on the sea front. The main attractions to the town are within minutes walking distance.

Seafield Court stands within its own ample woodland grounds just off the Marine Parade and affords a generous opportunity to enjoy a carefree and relaxing holiday.

The building is of Edwardian origin and was built for King Edwards’s ladies in waiting whilst he stayed at the adjacent Shadingfield Lodge. Much of the original charm has been retained and lovingly restored.

Flat Details

In order to maintain a reasonably quiet and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, we cater mainly for families and DO NOT accept bookings for all male or all female groups of young single people.

The following are generic descriptions of our flats, although individual flats may vary slightly:

Four Berth Flats: The four berth flats consist of a double bedroom (double bed or a pair of single beds) a drop down double bed can be found in the lounge.

Five Berth Flats: The five berths have a bedroom with a double and single bed and a pull down double in the lounge.

Six Berth Flats: The six berth flats consist of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two singles. Furthermore there is a dropdown double bed in the lounge.

   The beds have interior sprung mattresses with quilts and pillows supplied
   The drop-down beds are of high quality and are professionally made to ensure quick and easy access and most of all comfortable sleeping.
   If further required a “Z-Bed” can be hired on request, at a small charge.
   Children’s cots are also available, although we do ask visitors to provide their own bed linen.
   Each flat has a Colour TV in the lounge.
   One parking space is allocated free of charge to each flat. Extra spaces can be reserved at a charge.
   Please note charges are made for electricity via a coin meter.
