Gainsborough Court Flats are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Great Yarmouth, yet close to the beach and to all the main attractions of this popular seaside resort. The flats are completely self-contained and are designed to accommodate up to four persons. To prevent overcrowding in the flats only in exceptional circumstances (very young persons, etc.) can a maximum of six persons be allowed. To maintain a reasonably quiet and relaxing atmosphere for our guests we cater mainly for family holidays and therefore DO NOT accept bookings for all male or all female groups of young single people. The standard flat has one bedroom with two single divans and another bedroom with one double bed, also a lounge, a separate kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. All utensils including blankets are supplied and the only requirements are towels, soap, foodstuffs, sheets and pillowcases. Each flat has a colour television installed. Bed linen can be hired on request (at time of booking please). A child's cot can be supplied on request at no extra charge. Residents are expected to supply their own linen and blankets for the child's cot. Each flat has a pass key. There are ample car parking facilities within the grounds and although parking is free we must stress that EACH FLAT WILL BE ALLOTED ONE CAR SPACE ONLY. It should be clearly understood that cars are parked at the owner's risk and that the proprietors cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to customer's cars.
