Old Mill Farm is a large 17th Century farmhouse on the outskirts of the pretty Norfolk village of Garboldisham. Situated in an idyllic position next to the village common and Garboldisham Windmill and set in over 4 acres of grounds, much of which is meadowland dotted with wild flowers, this is a tranquil place to relax and unwind. The holiday cottage comprises a wing of the farmhouse, partially converted from an old barn, but now providing comfortable accomodation for up to four people. There is a large sitting/dining room with comfy sofas, dining table and chairs, colour tv, dvd, video and home theatre system. There are books, videos, games etc to keep young and old amused in the evenings. There is a small but fully equipped galley kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave etc, two bedrooms, one double and one twin - both of which overlook the windmill - bathroom with wc, washbasin and bath with shower over, plus a small utility area with automatic washing machine. Outside there is a private garden with garden furniture, and barbecue, together with parking. The property is entirely surrounded by over four acres of grounds which, being in close proximity to the common and fen, are a haven for many kinds of wildlife including rabbits, pheasants, and even the occasional deer as well as the owners assorted chickens and Griselda the Goose!
