The cottages are set in the grounds of our country farmhouse approached via a tree-lined drive. They have been lovingly restored from an C18 barn, the character of the fine old beams and exposed studwork retained and carefully modified for our less than able guests.  Use of Indoor heated swimming pool and tennis court.

Centrally situated for touring both Norfolk and Suffolk yet only a short walk to the village shops, pubs and the River Chet and a complete haven for the birdwatcher and rambler with Hardley Floods being very close.

Accommodation

Each cottage is like a tardis and you will appreciate the spaciousness within.

The fully fitted kitchen is open plan with the dining area and stairs lead from here to the first floor.

The large lounge radiates warmth and character with a comfortable sofa and chairs and French doors opening onto your own enclosed patio garden. The ground floor double bed is cleverly concealed in a wall unit, completely made up and easily pulled down ready for use.

The bathroom is on the ground floor and accessed from the dining area. It has a large walk-in shower (one step up) with grab rails and room for a wheelchair to enter and turn around.

On the first floor is an attractive double bedroom and a pretty twin.
