Brancaster is a village on the North Norfolk Heritage Coast, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Lindum is situated on a quiet lane, only 5 minutes walk from the coastal path. The village has a Post Office, village shop, church, pub, school and is 4 miles from Burnham Market where a bank and doctor's surgery is located.Lindum is an extended, end-terraced house. It is well-equipped, tastefully decorated and offers spacious accommodation for 8 people.
Downstairs is as follows: fully-fitted kitchen, small lobby with downstairs toilet and washing machine/tumble drier, lounge/diner with TV / DVD and video, radio and CD player, through to the sitting room with 2nd TV. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a family bathroom with over bath shower. Two rooms have double beds with space for guests to bring a travel cot.
The 2 other rooms contain twin beds. A bed guard and stair gate are provided. Duvets and linen are included but not towels. Well-behaved pets are welcome but must not be left alone in the house. Bring own pet bedding and bowls. The house is non smoking. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio furniture and parking for 2 cars. Booking dates are Friday to Friday, with weekend and mid-week breaks welcome. Visitor attractions close by are the coast, golf course, sailing club, RSPB reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham, Sandringham, Holkham Hall, Norfolk Lavender. Weekly rates on application.
