This Cottage is attached to the Old Stables and is buried in the middle of Brancaster, in the lee of the Old Rectory (Saint Mary's House), for which before conversion it served as coach house and stables.

It provides  secluded, comfortable accommodation with lawned garden for up to 4 people, plus a cot or put you up. There are two bedrooms, also a bathroom with a power shower over the bath. A large first floor living room with exposed beams and an open fire (logs provided), very comfortable sofas, tv and video. Dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge, with a separate freezer, electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and Denbyware. Oil central heating to keep you warm and cosy, plenty of constant hot water. A washing machine in the Old Laundry, plus the dreaded iron and ironing board.

We provide sheets, bathtowels and a bathmat and tea towels, but ask you nicely to bring your beach towels and towel for the dog.

The cottage is available for hire all year round. Short lets are available out of high season.
