Traditional flint cottage, built in 1847, sleeps five. 50 yards from sandy beach in pleasant village, available for weekly rental and short breaks.The cottage is at the end of a small group, known collectively as the Warren. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a four-poster style bed and a single bedroom with cot. Downstairs a living room overlooks garden, a dining room, kitchen, shower/toilet and twin bedroom. It is tastefully furnished and has central heating. The steep stairs have a handrail and stairgate and would be unsuitable for disabled or very elderly people. The sitting room has 2 sofas, a chaise longue and small tv, dvd player and radio. The kitchen has cooker, fridge and microwave. The dining room is cosy and there are games and books. The garden is secure for children and dogs. There is a single designated parking space and parking for further vehicles in the village. Bacton is on the coast, about 12 miles east of Cromer and 15 miles north of Norwich. The beach is sandy with some shingle and is popular with young families and walkers. Bacton has 2 shops and an amusement arcade. There are 4 pubs which serve food, 2 within easy walking distance and 2, half a mile away. There are more beautiful walks inland, in Bacton Wood and at nearby villages such as Honing. There is a wide range of activities and entertainment for all.
