Ideal location to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this small sleepy seaside town or the nearby more children orientated coastal areas of Walton on the naze and Clacton with their piers and amusement arcades. Constable country is within easy reach and the station is but a few minutes walk away where there is a direct train line to Central London. The main street is served by most of the major banks but also retains the charm of a bygone era with its variety of quaint shops. There is an abundance of restaurants catering for individual tastes Colchester,Englands oldest town is a short drive or train ride away with its many historical places to visit. Accommodation comprises of Lounge - 3 seater settee, colour tv and dvd, dining table and chairs for 6 people, additional sleeping for two people Kitchen - Oven,washing machine,fridge freezer, microwave, toaster Bed 1 - Double bed,wardrobe Bed 2 - 2 single beds Bathroom - Integral Bath and overhead showerunit - Ceiling light/heater. Wall light/shaving socket Garden - Laid to lawn, south facing, completely enclosed and unoverlooked by neighbouring properties There is a driveway with parking for 1 car and ample parking outside the property £100 non-returnable deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance is required 6 weeks before arrival as well as £250 damage deposit which is returned within seven days after departure subject to no damage Bed linen and towels are provided but should you wish to bring your own a deduction of £2.50 per person will be made Beach towels are available at £2.50 each Changeover day is generally Sat but we are flexible outside of the school holiday period Property is available from 4pm be we can normally be flexible on this too.
