Completely self-contained annexe off owners' secluded bungalow, set in 1.5 acres of garden. The property offers home from home accommodation, is well equipped to accommodate two persons and is centrally heated. The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom with a king sized bed, large double pine-wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, bathroom with over-bath shower, bidet, wash-hand basin and w.c. Fully equipped kitchen/dining area with full sized electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dining table and chairs, storage cupboard, iron, ironing board. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, cofee table, music centre with c.d player, colour T.V. with video recorder and external door to patio and well stocked garden area. Patio furniture and a barbeque are available for guests' use. Laundry facilities available on request. Woodditton is a rural single street village, with a blend of new and old houses. It is situated 3 miles south-west of Newmarket, 10 miles east of Cambridge. There are many footpaths within the area including Devils' Dyke which begins on the edge of the village. There are no shops but there is a public house within a short walking distance, serving both bar and restaurant meals. The property is non-smoking, and does not accept pets or children of any age. We are open from April until the end of October. This includes all bedlinen, towels, electricity, heating and a welcome pack of groceries. No weekend or short breaks. ETC 4 Star Rating.
